In the winter, set both thermostats to 65 degrees - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it House rules - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact

The detached cottage out back and the office on the left end of the house are not accessible to guests.
