The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately Check-out instructions Check out before 10:00 AM Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash to the compactor - Load and start the dishwasher - Strip linens from all used beds - Place all used linens and towels in a pile - Please set both thermostats to 78 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it House rules - No smoking - No pets allowed at anytime. This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA. If you can't make it down to the water from the crossover, you can always get to the ocean from many other nearby access points, just a couple of minutes away (both north and south) Parking 3 vehicles (max) can be parked in the driveway in front of the home and garage. Additional parking is also available near the clubhouse across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking on the other side of Beachview Drive. Jekyll Island is known for its natural setting. Wooded areas are surrounded by ocean front marshes. Fresh water ponds are close to the ocean. As a result, there are times of year that gnats can be an issue. These gnats are harmless, but can be a nuisance during random times. Please keep all exteriors doors shut as much as possible, and remove trash from the property. We provide safe deterrents in the house to help reduce them as much as possible.
