This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA. If you can't make it down to the water from the crossover, you can always get to the ocean from many other nearby access points, just a couple of minutes away (both north and south) Parking 3 vehicles (max) can be parked in the driveway in front of the home and garage. Additional parking is also available near the clubhouse across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking on the other side of Beachview Drive. Jekyll Island is known for its natural setting. Wooded areas are surrounded by ocean front marshes. Fresh water ponds are close to the ocean. As a result, there are times of year that gnats can be an issue. These gnats are harmless, but can be a nuisance during random times. Please keep all exteriors doors shut as much as possible, and remove trash from the property. We provide safe deterrents in the house to help reduce them as much as possible.
